Patrick A. Hale

Patrick A. Hale is an accomplished leader in the real estate and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as CEO and Principal of Wireless Equity Group since February 2021, where the focus is on acquiring and managing wireless real estate assets. In addition, Patrick founded SiteBid Infrastructure in January 2023 to provide property owners with access to a comprehensive database of utility assets and lease data. As Broker of Record at The Local Realty since March 2007 and President of PropTech Holdings, LLC since January 2004, Patrick has been instrumental in enhancing real estate transactions and client satisfaction. Previous experience includes roles as Development Analyst at Pierce Education Properties and Research Analyst at Cassidy Turley. Patrick holds a BA in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning from San Diego State University.
