Taylor Wiederkehr is the Founder and CEO of PropTech IQ, an independent property technology validation provider established in January 2020, aimed at facilitating the adoption of property technology in the multifamily industry. As President of Wiederkehr Holdings LLC since July 2013, Taylor oversees a private equity company that manages various intellectual and physical assets, including real estate. Previous roles include Director of Innovation Services at BH Management Services, LLC, and Software Implementation Analyst at Alliance Residential Company, where Taylor led technological initiatives and vendor relationships. Taylor’s early career included positions as IT Director and IT Marketing Specialist at NewScope Marketing Inc., and Co-Founder/CEO at Eagle Eye Advertising, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Tarleton State University.
