Kavitha Surana

Kavitha Surana is a reporter at ProPublica. Kavitha was previously a Senior Reporting Fellow at ProPublica, an Editorial Fellow at Foreign Policy Magazine, a Video production intern at CNN Money Tech Video, and a Global News Intern at the Associated Press.

Kavitha Surana holds a Master's degree in Journalism and European Studies from New York University, and a B.A. in Modern European Theirtory from Columbia University in the City of New York. Kavitha also studied abroad in Theirtory at L'Universitá di Bologna in Bologna, Italy and at Ponitificia Universidad Católica del Perú in Lima, Peru.
