John Johnston is a seasoned executive recruitment professional with extensive experience in the financial services and technology sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Propulsion Talent LLC since October 2023, John leads initiatives focused on diversity, strategic talent sourcing, and the integration of emerging technologies. Previously, John held key roles at Barclays, including MD, Global Head of Executive Recruitment, where a team was developed to deliver significant hiring results while achieving substantial cost savings. Prior experience includes senior positions at JPMorgan Chase, Marlin Hawk, and Leathwaite International, among others.
