Kate Lobb

Kate Lobb is an accomplished finance and operations executive with a diverse background in management and financial oversight. Currently serving as CFO and COO of Propulsion Talent LLC since February 2023, Kate also holds the position of President and Founder of Eagle’s Wings Foundation, Inc., which focuses on providing scholarships and mentoring to minority students aspiring to attend college. Previous experience includes the role of Chief Financial Officer at Calmasté, where Kate oversaw operations for an online retail company specializing in natural health products, as well as serving as Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, focusing on operational due diligence in alternative assets. Kate's extensive experience also includes a Director of Operations role at SEI and various positions in public accounting, including Senior Internal Auditor at Maillie LLP and Financial Accountant at Trout, James & Associates, PC. Kate Lobb is an alumna of Ursinus College.
