Kristof Konstantin

Kristof Konstantin is a co-founder and co-CEO of PROPUP, an innovative real estate transaction management platform, since March 2021, specializing in enhancing efficiency for real estate agents through digital solutions. Prior to this role, Kristof held positions at Erste Bank und Sparkasse from October 2016 to April 2021, where responsibilities included brand management, marketing, target group campaigning, and employer branding initiatives. Previous experiences also include serving as a marketing manager at Sud&Satz, an intern in identity and communications at UniCredit Bank Austria AG, and an HSSE intern at OMV. Kristof's early career involved supporting individuals with disabilities at Verein BALANCE and working in administrative roles with the Austrian Student Union. Kristof holds a degree from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna, completed in 2017.
