Paolo Lanucara

Paolo Lanucara has an extensive work history with various roles and responsibilities. Paolo started their career in 2015 as a Field Manager at Environment New Mexico, where they managed a team of canvassers during a campaign. In 2016, they worked as a Finance Staff at the New Mexico House Democratic Campaign Committee, conducting donor research and helping organize fundraisers. That same year, they also worked as a Consultant at IBSG Consulting Consortium, providing management consulting to local businesses. In 2017, Paolo held an internship position at ItaliaVentures, where they gained experience in database management and client reception. Paolo then joined Blue Advantage Partners as a Finance Staff, assisting with fundraising events and weekly contribution reports. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Wandrian, Inc. as a Business Analyst/Product Owner, managing operations and conducting requirements gathering. In 2020, they became a Lead Consultant at Pericles Consulting Partners, providing data-driven political consulting expertise. In 2021, Paolo joined RS21 as a Project Manager, delivering multiple complex projects ahead of schedule and under budget. Currently, they are employed at Propylon as both a Project Manager and a Government Solutions Manager.

Paolo Lanucara's education history begins in 2013 when they enrolled at The University of New Mexico. Paolo pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and completed their studies in 2017. Afterward, in 2017, Paolo joined the UNM Anderson School of Management to further their education. In this period, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on the Business field. Paolo successfully completed their MBA program in 2018.
