Guilherme Fazza Pedroso

Guilherme Fazza Pedroso has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Guilherme currently works at Propz as a Product Owner since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Geração TI Desenvolvimento e Consultoria as a Senior Product Owner for BTG Pactual Bank from March 2022 to December 2022. Guilherme Fazza Pedroso began their education by earning an Associate Degree in Management in Information Technology from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho in 2008. Guilherme then continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 2010.

In 2019, Guilherme pursued a Post Degree in Strategic Administration at FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração. Guilherme further expanded their knowledge by completing an MBA in Project Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, a program they will complete between 2021 and 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Guilherme has acquired various certifications. Guilherme obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from Scrum.org in September 2020 and the Professional Scrum Master I certification from the same institution in July 2020. Guilherme also holds the Certified Six Sigma YELLOW belt from the International Six Sigma Institute™, obtained in May 2020.

Furthermore, Guilherme has gained proficiency in NICE Workforce Management, obtaining certifications such as NICE Workforce Management R6.5 Linux Installation, NICE Workforce Management R6.5 Fundamentals, and NICE Workforce Management R6.5 Installation, all earned in 2017.

Looking ahead, Guilherme aims to enhance their expertise by earning the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification, which is scheduled for completion in February 2023.
