Daniel Popoola

Daniel Popoola is an AI Engineer at Proqio since March 2024, previously serving as an Artificial Intelligence Engineer at AB InBev from February 2022 to March 2024, where Daniel designed and developed deep learning models for a Digital Trade Operations solution deployed on Microsoft Azure. Prior experience includes roles as a Data Science Intern at Ageless Partners, where extensive data exploration and a machine learning model for predicting liver disease were developed, and a self-employed Data Science Intern who created models for customer churn prediction and loan default analysis. Earlier positions involved internships at Addax Petroleum, providing analytical insights on fuel consumption data, and Fortuna Medical as a Software Engineer Intern. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, obtained in 2018.
