Hans Ramler

Hans (JPG) Ramler serves as the Chief Technology Officer for HSL-Zuid at ProRail since October 2025 and as Issue Manager for the PALLAS Programme. In addition, Hans holds a position as a member of the Program Advisory Council for Levensduurverlenging Gebouwde Omgeving at TKI and serves as a CiTG Fellow in Construction Technology at the Technical University of Delft. Hans has been the Chairman of the Advisory Board for CI-Engineers and Omnidots, with the latter's board structure recently changing to a Supervisory Board. Previous roles include Design Manager at BAM Infra Projecten and Design Specialist at Femern Link Contractors, alongside membership on the editorial board of Vakblad Cement. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Road and Water Engineering from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
