Pendse began their career as an Associate Project Manager at SCIFORMIX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED in 2013. There they worked on various projects, including the implementation of an ERP system for a company with 600 employees. In 2016, they became Managing Partner at Imperative Strategic solution, where they were responsible for developing operational procedures, acquiring new business, and overseeing proposals with clients.
