He is a physician with more than 26+ years of experience in the field of surgery, clinical research and academia. He is an expert general surgeon who also specializes in oncology & laproscopic surgeries. He has led various clinical trials and specializes in Cancer trials. He is the president of Aurangabad Surgical Society and an esteemed member of the executive committee of The Association of Surgeons India.

His forte is a clear understanding of the regulations and expectations of regulatory authorities required for clinical research and he also ensures compliance with safety aspects scrutinized during GMP and GCP inspections. He is an expert in the design and implementation of clinical research projects within defined standards and budgets (e.g. Phase I-IV, post-marketing clinical activities such as registry/database projects, epidemiological surveys, and PMOS studies).
