Lee J.

Lee J. is an independent board director at PROS Holdings, where they serve on the Leadership and Compensation Committee and lead efforts in ESG governance. Currently, Lee is a Special Advisor to FTI Consulting and serves on various advisory boards, including Pulsely, Inc. Previously, they held significant roles at Chevron, including Chief Diversity Officer and VP of Business Development for Southeast Asia, where they led diverse teams and closed multi-billion dollar projects. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in National Security and Foreign Affairs from the United States Military Academy at West Point and completed five years of service in the U.S. Army as a Captain.
