Maria Georgieva

Maria Georgieva is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in managing recruitment processes across multiple regions, including EMEA, for various companies. Currently, as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition EMEA at PROS, Maria leads end-to-end recruitment efforts and oversees the performance of the Bulgarian recruitment team. Previously, at Tek Experts, Maria held roles as Global Head of Executive Recruitment and managed the recruitment for executive positions internationally. Maria has also held positions at Convergys, Interoute, IC Recruiting, and KPMG, focusing on team leadership, candidate sourcing, and enhancing recruitment strategies. Armed with a Master’s Degree in Qualification and Labor Adjustment and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, Maria has developed a strong foundation in HR practices and talent management.
