Natasha Taylor

Natasha Taylor is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Sr. Director of Employee Experience at PROS since August 2019, where responsibilities encompass people programs, talent acquisition, learning and development, talent management, benefits, and mobility. Prior to PROS, Natasha held the position of Director of Total Rewards at BMC Software from July 2013 to August 2019, and previously worked at Towers Watson in various roles, including Director of Global Benefits and Sr. Manager of Benefits & Compensation from December 2002 to July 2013. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business.
