Siara Barnes is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as the LMS Administrator & Customer Training Project Manager at PROS since January 2016, Siara has effectively managed the implementation of a Docebo-hosted LMS, leading to improved customer learning experiences and a notable increase in site traffic and customer satisfaction. Previous roles at PROS include Talent Advisor and Talent Acquisition Specialist, where Siara partnered with hiring managers, conducted candidate interviews, and coordinated recruitment events.
