Tim Williams

Tim Williams has over four decades of experience in finance and governance, holding various senior roles in prominent companies. Since 2007, Tim Williams has served as a Board Member at PROS, with a focus on audit and governance as Chairman of the Audit Committee until May 2022 and now as a member. Tim Williams has also held similar positions at PointClickCare and ChannelAdvisor, both as Board Member and Audit Committee Chairman, while contributing to compensation and governance committees. Prior to these roles, Tim Williams served as Senior Vice-President and CFO at Blackbaud, Executive Vice-President and CFO at Mynd, and held various finance positions, including CFO and Controller, at Holiday Inns. Tim Williams earned a BA in Business/Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.
