Austin Latz has a diverse work experience in various industries. Austin began their career as a Purchasing Assistant at American Roller Bearing in 2018. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Event Coordinator at NCSU, McKimmon Center for Extension and Continuing Education, where they remained until 2021. During this time, they gained experience in coordinating events and managing logistics.

In 2021, Austin joined Buckeye International as a Healthcare Sales Specialist, where they utilized their sales skills to meet client needs. Later that year, they moved to Spectraforce Technologies as a Technical Recruiter, responsible for sourcing and screening high-quality candidates for client job positions. Austin developed innovative sourcing techniques and conducted full life cycle recruiting.

Currently, Austin works at proSapient as a Talent Acquisition Associate, where they bring their recruitment expertise to identify and engage potential candidates.

Austin Latz completed their Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business and Management from North Carolina State University from 2017 to 2020. Prior to this, they obtained their International Baccalaureate (I.B.) Diploma and High School Diploma from South Iredell High School, where their field of study is unknown.
