In 2009, Vlad briefly worked as a Legal Assistant at DLA Piper, a global law firm, providing legal support.

From 2010 to 2011, they served as an Advisor to CEO, Corporate Strategy at ROSBUR, an integrated drilling and blasting services company.

In the same period, they also worked as a Project Manager at IIPID, where they oversaw project management activities.

In 2011, Vlad joined Skolkovo Foundation as a Business Development Associate, focusing on business development initiatives.

From 2011 to 2021, they held multiple roles at Third Bridge Group Limited, including Regional Leader EMEA, Vice President Account Management, Vice President Operations EMEA, Business Development Manager, Manager, Senior Associate, Associate, and Analyst.

In 2021, Vlad worked as a Freelance Consultant at Carpe Omnia Advisory, providing facilitation, coaching, and advisory services to start-ups and SMEs.
