Tamer Shaban is a seasoned NOC Manager with 15 years of experience in obtaining urgent NOCs for over 20 projects within an average of four weeks. They have designed and implemented effective traffic diversion plans for more than ten projects, ensuring minimal disruptions and timely completion. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from جامعة كفر الشيخ, Tamer previously held positions as Project Coordinator at Khansaheb and as a PRO at ETA ASCON, showcasing their extensive knowledge of network connections in water, sewage, and irrigation. Additionally, Tamer currently works at Proscape LLC as an NOC Coordinator and has taken on the role of Manager NOC & Authority at Sobha Constructions.
