Chad Hutchins

Chad Hutchins is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in voice network reliability and management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of NOC Core Voice at Rogers Communications since April 2023, Chad oversees core voice network elements, SIP/PRI trunking, and network troubleshooting for various telecom and data devices. Prior to this role, Chad held several positions at Shaw Communications from October 2011 to April 2023, including Technical Team Lead for Voice Network and Senior Network Analyst, specializing in voice and network reliability. Chad began a career in telecommunications as a Lead Technician at Total Communication Services Inc. from 1996 to 2010, focusing on the installation and maintenance of digital and IP-based PBX systems. Chad holds a Network Technician degree from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and a Telecommunications Engineering Technology degree from the same institution.
