Ravi Pau

Ravi Pau is an experienced operations director currently at Havas.ai, where responsibilities include driving a global knowledge hub focused on Generative AI. As a founding member of Prose on Pixels, previously Havas Studios, Ravi led the development of a cloud-based technology stack for efficient team collaboration. At Havas UK, Ravi implemented a strategic platform that enhanced collaboration and talent retention in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously, as a senior account manager at One Green Bean, significant changes were driven at high organizational levels. Ravi's earlier roles include account supervisor at Access Emanate and senior account manager at Insider Communications, managing PR and social media activities for prominent clients. Ravi holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Management & Business Studies from Loughborough University.
