Jamil A. Rogers, EMBA, has extensive experience in operational leadership and engineering, beginning with a Technical Engineer Specialist role in the US Army, where an honorable discharge was received at the rank of E5. From March 1998 to April 2005, Jamil served as Field Chief at American Land Surveying and Engineering, followed by a position as Production Supervisor/Advisor at Daimler Chrysler until December 2008. Additional roles include Sr. Process Facilitator at AstraZeneca in 2021, Manufacturing Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Sr. Process Leader/Optimization Engineer at MillerCoors. Since November 2021, Jamil has been the Director of Operations and Site GM at Vytalogy Wellness, currently expanding to a role as Sr. Director of Operations at Prose beginning in January 2025. Jamil is pursuing an Executive MBA at Texas Christian University from 2023 to 2025.
