Rosa Elvira Quispe Rabanal

Rosa Elvira Quispe Rabanal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT project leadership and process analysis. Currently serving as Líder de Proyectos TI at Prosegur since March 2022, Rosa focuses on project implementation, process improvement, and automation. Previous positions include senior roles at Canvia and Valtx Perú, where responsibilities involved designing, analyzing, and optimizing processes, as well as developing technical proposals and documentation. Rosa's career began at MDY Contact Center & BPO and Cosapi Data, where expertise was gained in quality management, service supervision, and incident resolution. Rosa holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas.
