Willy Lai

Willy Lai is an experienced design leader currently serving as Chief Design Officer for Finderly AI DIY & Home Services and as Design Advisor and Interim Head of Design for Prosera Inc. With a career spanning over a decade, Willy has provided advisory support to multiple AI startups and has extensive experience as an international keynote speaker and workshop instructor. Notable past roles include Vice President of Product Design and User Experience at Macy's, where significant digital transformations resulted in substantial sales growth. Willy has also lectured at numerous prestigious academic institutions and contributed to the development of design standards at General Assembly. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, Willy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture.
