Jinsong Li has extensive experience in technical support and network administration, currently serving as a Technical Specialist at ProServeIT since August 2008. Responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting Windows servers, SQL, and email systems, as well as managing Office 365 and implementing security solutions. Jinsong has a proven track record in deploying firewall systems, managing public DNS infrastructure, and monitoring server hardware. Prior experience at Network Integrators of Canada involved managing Active Directory, providing support for various Windows operating systems, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues. Jinsong holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Sichuan University, obtained between 1987 and 1991.
