Dmitry T. has over 19 years of work experience in IT. Dmitry began their career in 2001 as a Systems Administrator for the City Police Department, where they provided support for Windows 95 - XP, 2000 - 2003 server OSes, and Office 97 - 2003 applications. Dmitry also monitored servers performance and was on-call 24x7. In 2006, they became the Lead Systems Engineer for Kuznetsky Ugol Holding, where they designed and implemented 13 GAS-stations IT-infrastructure with processing center in Kemerovo district South County. Dmitry also commissioned hardware-software complexes for the GAS-stations operation and provided technical support for HW/SW configurations and applications. From 2008 to 2011, they were a Senior Systems Engineer for Sibiris (MS Gold partner), where they deployed Windows Server 2008 - 2012, designed and implemented Active Directory, DHCP, WSUS, and VPN infrastructures, and managed user accounts, groups, print queues, and access rights using Active Directory. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Senior Systems Engineer and Co-founder for Sorus, where they set objectives and strategies for the IT department, designed and customized technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience, and found and managed vendors that supplied infrastructure solutions. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Senior Systems and Network Engineer for ICE Consulting - Managed IT Services, where they had extensive experience in VMware/Hyper-V clusters, Veeam/Symantec, Netapp/HP/Dell/Synology. Currently, they are the Director of IT for Prosetta Biosciences Inc.

Dmitry T. obtained their Master's degree in Information Systems and Technologies from the Siberian State Industrial University between 2000 and 2005.
