Harsh Sharma

Harsh Sharma has a strong background in investment systems and project management. Harsh worked at ProShares from 2017, starting as a Research Analyst and progressing to Manager and Senior Manager roles in project management and investment systems. In 2021, they became the Vice President and Head of Investment Systems at the company. Prior to ProShares, Harsh worked as a Senior Business Consultant at Publicis.Sapient, where they focused on investment accounting operations and benchmarking initiatives for an asset management firm. Harsh also has experience as an Analyst at Treliant Risk Advisors, where they evaluated financial models and conducted process reviews. Harsh's work experience began in 2012 when they started as a Research Analyst at the American Council of Life Insurers.

Harsh Sharma obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, General from George Mason University, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. In October 2015, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS ) from ACAMS.
