Mihir Gupta

Mihir Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mihir is currently serving as the Executive Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at ProShares since September 2021. Prior to this, Mihir held various leadership roles at J.P. Morgan Asset Management from 2011 to 2021, including Executive Director of Business Finance Manager and Deposits CFO. Mihir also worked as the Director of FP&A at MTV Games/Harmonix Music Systems from 2009 to 2011. Mihir started their career as an Executive at S.R. Batliboi/Ernst & Young from 2001 to 2004 and later worked as a Financial Modeler and Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, LLP from 2004 to 2009.

Mihir Gupta began their education journey in 1996, where they enrolled at the RA Podar College of Commerce & Economics. Mihir pursued a Masters in Commerce and specialized in Accounting, earning their degree in 2001. Following this, from 2000 to 2002, Mihir attended the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they obtained a degree in Chartered Accountancy. During their time at the institute, their field of study focused on Financial & Cost Accounting, as well as Direct & Indirect Taxes. Additionally, Mihir expanded their professional qualifications by attending the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants from 2005 to 2007, obtaining certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
