Frits Duus Jørgensen's work experience begins in 1996 as a Software Engineer at EIVA A/S, where they developed applications for mapping the sea floor for the offshore industry. Frits worked with MS Visual C++, MS SQL Server, and Installshield during their time there.
In 1999, they joined Systematic Software Engineering A/S as a Developer/Consultant/Technical Project Manager. Frits worked on two CTI projects for large Danish insurance companies, creating demos and prototypes in MS Visual C++, Visual Interdev, ASP, HTML, and XML. Frits also served as the technical lead on several projects primarily developed in MS Visual C++.
In 2001, they became a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager, overseeing a team of 4 developers. By the end of 2003, they were managing 28 developers across 5 teams, developing a product suite for Command and Control following Systematic's CMM level 3 activities. This project was selected for the CMMI level 4 assessment.
In 2004, Frits Duus Jørgensen was promoted to Chief Program Manager at Systematic Software Engineering A/S. Frits was responsible for a program developing two product suites, SitaWare and IRIS, for Command and Control and information exchange in defense. The organization under their management varied from approximately 50 to 75 people.
Finally, in 2007, Frits Duus Jørgensen joined Proshop ApS as the CTO. In this role, they were responsible for the development and operation of proshop.dk/se/no/fi/de/at/pl/nl webshops and all the internal IT systems for supply chain management and customer service.

Frits Duus Jørgensen began their education in 1990 at Skamlingsbanke Ungdomsskole, where they completed a program during the academic year of 1990-1991. Frits then attended the Engineering College of Aarhus from 1993 to 1997, earning a B Sc. E. E. degree in Computer Science. In 2000, they obtained certifications in MCSD and PMP. From 2006 to 2007, Frits attended University College Vitus Bering, where they completed their EBA (Bachelor in Business Administration) degree in Management. Additionally, they participated in various short courses at GOTO Aarhus in 2012, 2013, and 2014, covering topics such as "Lock-free and high-performance algorithms," "Seven Secrets Every Architect Should Know," and "Embracing Change: Building Adaptable Software with Events."
