Kelsey Heikoop

Kelsey Heikoop has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kelsey started their career at Theo Wanne Classic Mouthpieces in 2008, where they served as Operations Development until 2014. From 1997 to 2014, they worked at Pro CNC Inc., holding positions such as CAM Programmer, VP Operations, and Lean Champion. In 2014, Kelsey founded Adion Systems and served as the CEO until the present. Kelsey also worked as the VP Operations at Adion Systems from 2014 to 2019.

Kelsey Heikoop completed a Bachelor's degree in Vehicle Design from Western Washington University from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Carson Graham Secondary from 1988 to 1993 for their high school education.
