Thomas Della Franco has a diverse work experience. Thomas started working at Zenith Products Corp. in 1983 as CFO, VP Finance, and Member of the Board of Directors. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in growing the company's net sales from $25 million to $197.4 million and EBITDA from $2.7 million to $45 million. In 2014, Thomas founded CFO Leadership in the Greater Philadelphia Area, where they served as Founder and held various CFO roles. Thomas also worked in different capacities at Pine Hill Group as a Director and at CannaPharmaRx, Inc. as Interim CFO & Corporate Controller. Most recently, Thomas worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Pro Signs.

Thomas Della Franco holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Villanova University. Thomas also possesses an inactive Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from Pennsylvania.
