Camille Higonnet

Camille Higonnet is a partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group at Proskauer Rose LLP, where Camille has been employed since November 2017, following a tenure as an associate from September 2007 to October 2016. Specializing in corporate and securities law, Camille's expertise encompasses investment management and fund formation, secondary transactions and liquidity solutions, internal governance, and asset manager M&A transactions. With extensive experience advising large, global private capital platforms and representing institutional investors, Camille is well-versed in fundraising and investment strategies across private markets. Camille's educational background includes a JD from The George Washington University Law School, an M.A. from Cornell University, and studies as a Fulbright Scholar at The University of Göttingen. Currently, Camille is participating in an Accelerated Leadership Program at Harvard Law School Executive Education.
