Christopher Wells

Christopher Wells is a highly experienced legal professional, currently serving as a Partner and Head of the Hedge Fund Group at Proskauer Rose LLP since September 2005. In this role, Christopher provides expert advice to hedge funds, managers, and investors regarding hedge fund formation, compliance, and operations. Notably recognized in 2014 by Chambers USA as one of the leading figures in hedge funds, Christopher has also held a partnership position at Coudert Brothers from 1981 to 2005. Educational qualifications include a JD from the University of Michigan Law School (1978-1981) and a BA from Kalamazoo College (1974-1978).
