Daniel Desatnik is a partner at Proskauer Rose LLP, specializing in Business Solutions, Governance, Restructuring, and Bankruptcy, with extensive experience representing debtors, creditors’ committees, equity committees, and creditors in chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings. Previously served as an associate at Proskauer Rose LLP and held summer associate positions at various prestigious law firms, including Haynes and Boone, LLP, and Klee, Tuchin, Bogdanoff & Stern LLP. Daniel co-founded AllowanceTree, where Daniel developed a web application for teaching financial literacy to children and also served as CEO of InCompany, Inc., which connects consumers with small businesses. With a J.D. from Columbia Law School, a Master's in Political Science from Emory University, and undergraduate degrees from Emory University and Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Daniel has also qualified as an LSAT instructor.
