David Fioccola

David Fioccola is a Partner at Proskauer Rose LLP, having joined in October 2023. Previously, David served as a Partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP from February 2005 to October 2023, where David was the former Co-Chair of the Commercial, Class Action & Mass Torts Group and the Trial Strategies Group, as well as a Co-Editor of MoFo ReEnforcement. David's legal career began at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from 2000 to 2005. Educationally, David earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York University School of Law between 1997 and 2000, following a Bachelor's Degree from Seton Hall University from 1993 to 1997.
