David Jones

David Jones is a Partner at Proskauer Rose, a position held since February 2004. Previously, David practiced for seven years at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault LLP as an Associate, specializing in venture capital, providing counsel to venture funds and technology-related companies on various legal matters including fund formations and SEC compliance. Earlier experience includes participation in the Manufacturing Management Program at General Electric from 1990 to 1993. David holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and both a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University.
