Edward Lee

Edward Lee is a Partner at Proskauer Rose LLP, specializing in the Global Private Investment Funds Group since November 2011. In this role, Edward advises fund managers and investors on fund formations and secondary transactions. Prior to this position, Edward served as an Associate at Proskauer, including a nine-month secondment to the Boston office. Edward's earlier experience includes working as a Solicitor at Travers Smith from March 2007 to November 2011, where responsibilities encompassed general advisory for private investment funds, fund formation, and various investor-related issues. Edward began a legal career as a Trainee Solicitor, gaining experience across multiple legal areas. Edward holds an M.A (1st) and a B.C.L. in Law from the University of Oxford, and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Exeter.
