Frank Zarb

Frank Zarb is a Partner in the Corporate Department at Proskauer Rose LLP, based in the Washington, DC office, focusing on regulatory matters under federal securities laws since 2011. Previously, Zarb served as Vice President and Chief Securities Counsel at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 2006 to 2008, where responsibilities included public reporting and securities law compliance. Zarb also held the position of Special Counsel in the Office of Chief Counsel at the Securities and Exchange Commission from 1994 to 1999, contributing to the Division of Corporation Finance and the Office of International Corporate Finance. Zarb received a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor's degree in History and Economics from Brown University.
