Jennifer Crystal

Jennifer Crystal is a Partner at Proskauer Rose LLP since April 2024. Prior to this, Jennifer served as a Charter Member of TechGC from July 2022 to April 2024, contributing to a network for General Counsel. Crystal held the position of General Counsel and General Partner at WndrCo from June 2022 to February 2024 and had an extensive tenure at PineBridge Investments from August 2013 to June 2022, where roles included Managing Director and Deputy General Counsel, Managing Director and Associate General Counsel, and Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. Earlier in her career, Crystal worked as an Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP from September 2008 to August 2013. Crystal earned a Doctor of Law (JD) and LLM in International and Comparative Law from Duke University School of Law (2005-2008) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania (2001-2005).
