John Ingrassia

John Ingrassia is a Partner and Senior Counsel at Proskauer Rose LLP, where since January 2006, expertise has been focused on advising clients on a diverse array of antitrust matters across multiple industries, including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, telecommunications, and financial services. This role emphasizes the analysis of Hart-Scott-Rodino pre-merger notification requirements and the coordination and submission of related filings, in addition to resolving antitrust issues associated with mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Prior to this position, John Ingrassia served as an Associate Attorney at Fried Frank from June 2000 to December 2005, advising on antitrust issues in proposed transactions, and as a Staff Attorney at King & Spalding from July 1997 to July 2000 focused on antitrust law. John Ingrassia earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Pace University.
