Julio Garcia

Julio Garcia has a diverse work experience in the real estate and legal field. Julio started their career as a Paralegal at Urban Brands in 2000, where they gained valuable experience in the legal field. In 2001, they transitioned to work as a Real Estate Paralegal at Hartz Mountain Industries. During this time, they developed skills related to real estate transactions. Then, in the same year, Julio joined Siemens Real Estate as a Real Estate Transaction Specialist, expanding their knowledge and expertise in this area. Finally, they worked at Proskauer Rose LLP as the Director of Real Estate and Facilities, a role that they held since July 2005.
