Mark Harris

Mark Harris is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in both private practice and government roles. As a Partner at Proskauer Rose LLP since April 2006, Mark has contributed significantly to the firm’s success. Prior to this, Mark served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney at the United States Attorney's Office from 1997 to 2002 and gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk for the Supreme Court of the U.S. from 1995 to 1996. Mark began legal career as an Associate at Jenner & Block from 1993 to 1995 and further honed expertise as a Law Clerk at the US Circuit Court of Appeals between 1992 and 1993. Mark earned a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School in 1992 and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Harvard University in 1989.
