Mark Rosman

Mark Rosman is a highly experienced attorney specializing in antitrust and white-collar crime matters. Currently serving as a Partner at Proskauer Rose LLP since April 2024, Mark defends corporations and executives in significant investigations at both domestic and international levels, employing innovative litigation strategies to achieve favorable client outcomes. Prior to this role, Mark was a Partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati from February 2011 to March 2024, where representation and counsel focused on national and international antitrust and criminal issues. Mark's extensive background includes over 19 years at the U.S. Department of Justice, where responsibilities included overseeing prosecutions in high-profile cartel cases and serving as Assistant Chief in the Antitrust Division’s National Criminal Enforcement Section. Mark holds a BA in English from the University of Pennsylvania, a JD with honors from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law, and a BA in English from King's College, University of London.
