Martin Graham

Martin Graham is a Partner at Proskauer Rose LLP since October 2025, previously serving as Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. from October 2007 to October 2025, where leadership of investment teams on portfolio investments in the European private equity strategy was a key responsibility. Prior roles include Senior Vice President and Vice President at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, focused on financial restructuring, and a secondment with Goldman Sachs in their European Special Situations Group. Martin began professional training as a Trainee Solicitor at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
