Martin T. Hamilton

Martin T. Hamilton is a Partner in the Tax Group at Proskauer Rose LLP, a position held since April 2010 after advancing from Senior Associate. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from September 2003 to March 2010, where work involved corporate and financial transactions across various sectors of the financial services industry, including significant contributions to complex secured financing transactions and public offerings. Additional experience encompasses a role as a U.S. Tax Associate at Allen & Overy in 2006 and serving as Assistant Director of Debate at Glenbrook South High School from 1993 to 1999. Hamilton holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, as well as a Master’s degree in Modern Economic History from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Economics from the University of Illinois Chicago.
