Michelle Omotayo

Michelle Omotayo (née Muyunda) serves as the Community Engagement and Inclusion Manager at Proskauer Rose LLP since July 2025. Prior to this role, Michelle was the Global lead for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging at Revolut from November 2023 to June 2025, where focus was placed on DEI strategy, policies, and employee engagement. Experience also includes roles as Senior Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisor and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisor at Norton Rose Fulbright from January 2021 to November 2023, supporting DEI initiatives across the EMEA region. Additionally, Michelle worked as Employment Brand Manager and Recruitment Resourcer at London Business School from July 2018 to January 2021, enhancing the institution's employment profile and attracting talent. Earlier career includes Associate Consultant and Graduate Recruitment Consultant positions at Global Intec Ltd from September 2017 to July 2018. Michelle holds an LLB in Law from the University of Nottingham and completed A Levels in Performance Studies, Psychology, and English at Ashfield School.
