Rachel Kleiner

Rachel Kleiner has a diverse work experience in the legal recruiting field. Rachel started their career in 2008 as an Associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP. In 2011, they joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP as a Legal Recruiting Assistant and later became a Legal Recruiting Coordinator. In 2013, they joined Proskauer Rose LLP as a Manager of Legal Recruiting and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the Associate Director of Legal Recruiting in 2018 and eventually the Director of Legal Recruiting in 2019. Alongside their professional roles, Rachel also served as the Vice Chair and later the Chair of the New York City Recruitment Association (NYCRA) from 2016 to 2018.

Rachel Kleiner earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/Sociology from Muhlenberg College, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. Rachel later pursued their Juris Doctor degree at The George Washington University Law School, completing their studies from 2005 to 2008.
