Robert Pommer

Robert Pommer is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and securities regulation. Currently a Partner at Proskauer Rose LLP since February 2023, Robert previously held the position of Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP for 14 years. Prior to this, Robert served as Assistant Chief Litigation Counsel and Senior Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement from 2000 to 2008. Earlier career experiences include work as an Associate at Dickstein, Shapiro, Morin & Oshinsky and Anderson, Kill, Olick & Oshinsky from the mid-1990s. Robert Pommer holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Boston College.
