Sarah Stasny

Sarah Stasny is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Partner and Head of Private Equity Transactions (US) at Proskauer Rose LLP since June 2025. Prior to this role, Sarah held the position of Partner at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from July 2019 to June 2025, where involvement in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups was prominent. Additional governance experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for Echoing Green from September 2018 to May 2022 and the Board of Trustees for Mary McDowell Friends School during the same period. Previously, Sarah was a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from May 2016 to June 2019.
